In order to allow us to keep our online store filled with new merchandise, please respect our return policy.
In Store Policy
First week you will receive a FULL REFUND. Second week you may EXCHANGE or receive STORE CREDIT. A receipt is required for all transactions.
Any storewide promotions are eligible for store credit only, unless specified otherwise.
A valid receipt must be presented for all returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns. All additional sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Policy
Merchandise may be returned for a FULL REFUND to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail. You have 30 days to receive STORE CREDIT.
Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original Ruby and Jenna tags must be attached to the garment(s).
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume, or smoke.
Ruby and Jenna do not supply the return labels. You can get a return label at the post office or online: https://www.usps.com/returns/

Return approval is at the discretion of our returns team and R&J reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. R&J cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials.
To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at R&J stores or www.rubyandjenna.com
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rubyandjenna.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rubyandjenna.com.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
